What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom blankets?

Standard MOQ is 500 pieces per design for OEM orders. Stock-fabric programs can start from 100 pieces; new fabric development requires 1,000 pieces. Trial orders for new brands are welcome.

How long does custom blanket production take?

Sampling takes 5-7 days. Bulk production runs 20-30 days after sample approval, depending on quantity. Air and sea freight options are available for delivery worldwide.

Can I customize the fabric, size, color and packaging?

Yes. We offer 200-600 GSM fleece, flannel, sherpa and weighted fabrics; any size from throw to king; Pantone-matched colors, printed patterns, embroidery or woven labels; and retail-ready packaging with custom inserts and hangtags.

Do you provide free samples and certifications?

Free swatch sets are available on request. Full pre-production samples are provided before every order. Our factory holds OEKO-TEX Standard 100, BSCI, C-TPAT and SEDEX certifications.
